ACHIEVE High School

Achieve Miami offers a variety of programs to high school students across Miami-Dade. We partner with 11 public high schools to deliver college and career readiness support, leadership development, financial literacy, field exposure, and more. We also offer meaningful service opportunities to all students in Miami-Dade.

Achieve Club

We bring together diverse high school students to connect and give back.

Achieve Club offers a variety of impactful community service and leadership opportunities for community service hours, and at no cost. Members can get involved in Achieve SPARK, where high school students mentor elementary students through literacy, movement, and fun activities. They can also join the Junior Advisory Board (JAB), a group of student leaders who plan service projects, support Achieve Miami events, and help grow our community of changemakers.

Achieve Scholars is a selective program that helps Title I High School students in Miami-Dade get ready for college.

Students receive workshops and one-on-one support to guide them through the college application process, test prep, academic planning, mentorship, and leadership development, all designed to help them succeed after graduation.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Students who are not immediately accepted are placed on a waiting list.

Achieve Career Pathways

Achieve Career Pathways Program (CPP) is designed to prepare high school juniors and seniors for careers.

Students learn career skills and industry knowledge through workshops, industry exposure, and hands-on experiences. This program is ideal for students who want to participate in short-term certification programs and/or enter the workforce in less than a year after high school graduation. Achieve Career Pathways participants will have access to a network of peers, exclusive resources, and opportunities to help students achieve their professional goals.

Achieve Alumni

The Achieve Alumni Program supports former Achieve Scholars through their transition to college, with a focus on helping them thrive during their first year.

Alumni receive ongoing mentorship, monthly one-on-one check-ins, and workshops on topics like choosing classes, getting involved on campus, building professional networks, managing their well-being, and exploring opportunities such as studying abroad.

The goal is to ensure students feel supported, academically, socially, and personally, as they adjust to college life.
