Superb Straw Rockets with Anna

Join High School Big Buddy Anna for an art and science building activity! This will be an interactive lesson that teaches students how to build a straw rocket that can fly! Students will learn about the science behind why a straw rocket can fly and then make their very own straw rocket!

DETAILS

  • Best for: 2nd and 4th grade students
  • Materials: The student will need a small bendy straw, large milkshake straw, tape, glue, scissors, construction paper, and markers/crayons/colored pencils (anything to decorate). We will mail the student straws and construction paper for this lesson at no cost. Please sign up early to ensure that you will receive the materials in time for the lesson.
