
Join High School Big Buddy Valeria for a lesson on mindfulness through meditation and yoga! This will be an interactive lesson that introduces students to the art of meditation! Students will enhance their strength, focus, balance, and coping mechanisms through meditation, breathing exercises, and different yoga poses. Students will also be trained to focus on positive attributes about themselves.
