Combining the superpowers of Achieve Miami, the University of Miami, and Teach For America Miami-Dade, TAP is an innovative solution for creating a new pipeline of Miami educators.
It is no secret that one of the largest issues plaguing education today is the teacher shortage and its crippling impact on our students, especially the most vulnerable in underserved communities. TAP helps address this issue by offering a clear path to non-education majors through certification, training, and job placement, enabling graduates to start their rewarding careers as educators.
