Achieve Miami offers a variety of programs available to high school students across Miami-Dade. Our programs deliver service opportunities, leadership development, and college readiness support to high school students from all different parts of South Florida.
We bring together diverse high school students from across Miami to connect, communicate, and collaborate to improve their Greater Miami community. The Achieve Club offers a wide variety of meaningful community service and leadership opportunities, including Achieve Saturdays, that directly impact underserved elementary students in Miami.
Achieve Club Membership is entirely free, as are all our programs.
Every Achieve Club member earns volunteer hours with our organization in ways that directly benefit the Miami community.
Achieve Scholars is a selective program that provides college and career readiness support to a diverse group of sophomores, juniors, and seniors in underserved high schools throughout Miami-Dade. Scholars benefit from small group workshops and individualized check-ins focusing on the college application process, test preparation, academic advising, mentorship, and leadership training that prepares them to be successful in college, career, and beyond.
Applications are open on a rolling basis, and students who aren’t accepted will be put on a waiting list.
The purpose of the Alumni Program is to help Achieve Scholars successfully navigate their first year of college by providing mentorship and workshops on selecting classes, joining campus organizations, networking with professors, studying abroad, etc. A dedicated Success Coach meets with college students once a month to provide any assistance with academics, health and well-being, among other topics.
