We care about you all so much and we are hoping that everyone is doing the best they can during this difficult time. Here at Achieve, we want to know that we’re thinking of you and are offering everyone a virtual hug. We love you all!
Together, We Can Achieve!
This past month, we’ve been so inspired by our Achieve community! From graduations (congrats to our seniors!) to over 150 (!!) read aloud videos submitted for our digital library, from college acceptances to students seeking out volunteer opportunities to help their community, we’re reminded every day about how truly empathetic, passionate, hard-working, and giving you all are.
10 Days of Connection
It is with regret that we share that we do not anticipate we’ll be able to offer Achieve Miami’s traditional six-week summer program given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While much is unknown, we expect that the need for social distancing will continue and that school facilities may not be available for in-person programming. For updates on M-DCPS plans for supporting students in the coming months and into the 2020-2021 academic school year, we encourage you to read this press release.
